Cadna Rubber
ContiTech, a subsidiary of German
automotive supplier Continental, has
acquired 100% of the shares of
Cadna Rubber Company - American
automotive parts distributor, amove
which strengthens its position in the
automotive aftermarket in the U.S.
ContiTech, based inMemphis,
Tennessee, primarily sells power
transmission belts, hoses, and
metal components to retail and
wholesale channels. The company
has sales of approximately $15m
and employs 30 people.
Salesforce.com Teams up
withDeutsche Telekom to
ExpandGerman Presence
Salesforce has clasped hands
with Deutsche Telekom in a stra
the company's presence inGermany.
The company announced that
Deutsche Telekom's customer unit
T-Systems will become the provider
for Salesforce's German datacenter,
as well as partner the cloud service
provider inGermany, Austria
and Switzerland.

offer to take full control of German

from the Frankfurt stock exchange.
Holders of preferred shares have
until August. 11 to accept a 53 euro
($72.29) per share offer - a premium
of 11 percent on the last three
months' average share price, KKR
