No,
you are not limited to certain health care providers but it is recommended if
an affiliated provider is available. Sometimes it is easier to work with a
provider that is affiliated with AIG through a PPO network. It will also assure
that the bill will not exceed reasonable & customary charges. Go to the

PROVIDER DIRECTORY for a listing of physicians in your area.
From there, it will ask you to enter a PIN. The number for the GACC is
3014.

My claim was denied. Is there a grievance
procedure?
Within 60 days, you may request, in writing, a review of any denied claim. All
requests for review must specify why you believe the denial was made in error.
Whenever possible, requests should attach supporting documentation (for
example, medical bills and/or correspondence.) Send correspondence to:
