UN Procurement Seminar, Copenhagen
The UN Procurement Seminar for companies interested in doing business with the UN will take place June 11th & 12th, 2012 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Venue: Marriott Hotel Copenhagen, Kalvebod Brygge 5, Copenhagen V
Participation fee: 300 € excl. Danish VAT
Online registration opens in mid-March.
Participation requirements
Participation is only recommended for companies fulfilling the requirements for UN suppliers and offering goods or services relevant for the Copenhagen-based agencies.
Information regarding the items that are frequently procured by UNOPS, UNICEF, UNDP and UNFPA can be found in the Annual Statistical Report 2010.
As a first step towards your participation, please fill out the preliminary registration form. After reviewing your information, we will get back to you with the status of your application. The registration will become binding by paying the registration fee.
Individual meetings
One-on-one meetings between the UN and company representatives will take place in at the same time as the seminar. Please note that the UN buyers will decide which companies they accept for individual meetings. The German Danish Chamber of Commerce is not involved or responsible for the decision made by the UN agencies.
